The battery figure does not add up, so use the smaller one

One bullet describes the pack as "48V 5.2Ah" and, in the same sentence, as a "360Wh battery". Those are not the same: 48 V x 5.2 Ah is 250 Wh. We publish 250 Wh because a spec built from whichever number flatters the product is not a spec.

Qlaway claims 20-30 miles. At 250 Wh that needs 8-12 Wh per mile, which is below what any e-bike achieves in mixed use. At 360 Wh it needs 12-18 Wh/mi, which is achievable only with light pedal assist. Plan on 12-18 miles and treat more as a bonus. For a short commute that is fine; for a day out it is not.

What is genuinely good here

A 400-lumen headlight is brighter than most bikes at any price include, and lighting is the single most-skipped item on budget e-bikes.
