Buy this instead of the 26-inch Qlaway if you are shorter, if you store the bike somewhere tight, or if most of your riding is stop-start city traffic where smaller wheels accelerate and manoeuvre better. Everything else is the same bike: 1000 W peak, TUV/UL 2849 certification, front fork suspension, puncture-resistant tyres, a 400-lumen headlight and 95% pre-assembly, for $269.99.

Where the two differ, honestly

Wheel size changes three things and nothing else. Smaller wheels accelerate faster and turn more tightly, which suits congested riding. They are less comfortable over potholes and ruts, because a 20-inch wheel drops into gaps a 26-inch rolls across. And they fit shorter riders properly, which matters more than most listings admit, a full-size frame that is too tall is a bike that does not get ridden.

The 20-inch also claims slightly more range on paper (35 miles in the title against 30) from the same pack, which is the kind of inconsistency that tells you both numbers are marketing rather than measurement.

The numbers to discount

Two contradictions sit on this listing. The title says 20 MPH and the first bullet says 19 MPH, we publish 19, the conservative figure, and either keeps it inside Class 2 and legal in all 50 states. The battery is described as "48V 5.2Ah" and as a "360Wh battery" in the same breath; 48 V x 5.2 Ah is 250 Wh, so we publish that. The claimed 15-25 miles is realistic at the smaller figure only with light assist. Plan on 12-16 miles. Either figure keeps it inside Class 2, so the contradiction costs you nothing legally.

What you get for $269.99

A legal, certified bike with lights and suspension already fitted. The 400-lumen headlight is genuinely bright, the 20-inch puncture-resistant tyres cut the most common roadside failure, and 95% pre-assembly means it is ridable within minutes. Against that: a 6-month warranty, rear mechanical disc only, and no rated wattage, weight or payload published.
