The 30-second verdict

Budget e-bikes usually skimp on the battery because it's the most expensive component. VEBLUE inverted that: a 1,040Wh removable pack (52V 20Ah, stated plainly) in a $780 folder is the kind of spec that normally starts at $1,200. Everything else is standard white-label fare — "1500W" peak-only motor copy, full suspension of unstated make, 20"×4" tires — and one bullet literally calls it a "SASIKEBIKE," which tells you the factory sells this frame under more than one name. That's not disqualifying at this price; it's just worth knowing what you're buying: a generic platform with an exceptional battery. At $780 it undercuts every kilowatt-hour-class machine on our shelves by hundreds of dollars, the pack lifts off for indoor charging, and the full-suspension folding frame means the range monster still fits a hatchback — an unusual set of trades in one machine.

The battery is the product

52V systems deliver noticeably stronger hill performance than 48V at the same amp draw, and 20H gives real touring range: even at fat-tire consumption rates (~22-25 Wh/mile mixed riding), 40-50 miles is a realistic planning figure, not a brochure one. The pack is removable and lockable. No UL 2271/2849 certification is claimed — at over a kilowatt-hour, that absence deserves more weight than usual: bigger packs mean bigger consequences, and if you charge indoors in NYC (Local Law 39) this bike is a non-starter.

The motor we cannot classify

The title's "1500W" is peak; no rated figure or top speed appears anywhere. Statutes regulate the rated number — 750W everywhere but Oregon — so, as with every peak-only listing, our spec table leaves wattage blank and the class field empty. On 52V, budget controllers commonly permit 25-28 mph unlocked, which would put it outside Class 2 as shipped. Set the limiter to 20 mph before street riding and check where each class may go.

Full suspension, folded reality

Full suspension on a folder means comfort, hinges, and mass. With a kilowatt-hour of cells aboard, expect the unpublished weight to sit at the heavy end of the format — think 70 lb-class. The fold is for hatchbacks and hallway storage, not carrying. The large LCD and included visibility hardware round out a spec that's genuinely complete apart from the numbers that matter legally.

Who should buy it

Range-anxious riders, delivery side-hustlers, and anyone whose commute plus errands regularly clears 30 miles a day: the battery maths favours this bike over everything near its price. If you need certification or documented class compliance, the Hoverfly OUREA trades two-thirds of this range for UL 2849 and a clean 20 mph spec at $330 less; the Hopepeak Z10 is the lighter, cheaper fold if capacity isn't your constraint.
